We work closely with chefs across the uk to meet the specific needs of their menus and culinary style.

Our small-scale approach to cultivation focuses on pesticide and biocide-free heritage and heirloom varieties of produce not grown elsewhere in the uk.

​

We follow traditional market gardening practices of crop rotation and soil conservation to ensure greater biodiversity of our fields.

BESPOKE CULTIVATION 

Each season, we allocate a portion of our indoor and outdoor bed space for bespoke growing. Whether you are having difficulty sourcing a crop to your preferred specification or are simply interested in experimenting with an uncommon heritage species, we offer the opportunity to grow your chosen variety.

MICROHERBS 

​

 Grown and delivered in living trays to ensure fresh, high-quality leaf, our 30+ species of specialty microherbs are grown across under blue and red UV light in our standard and allergen-free tables.

We grow an ever-expanding variety of outdoor produce across our polytunnels, fields and raised beds, including dozens of heritage varieties of tomato and cucumber. From towering artichokes to dense brassicas, squashes and salad leaf to roscoff onions, we've seen a fabulous array of produce at our farm this season. We offer weekly deliveries direct from the farm to restaurants in our local area including Manchester, Liverpool and Chester. For deliveries to London or elsewhere in the UK, we supply through Wellocks and Caterite. Please contact your local rep, or get in touch with us directly to discuss your specific needs.
