Our Team

Our team is vital to our approach at Field 28. We believe everyone should work together and understand as much of the process as possible to ensure that all of us take the most care to produce the highest quality products.

KEVIN DOBBS

Proprietor of Field 28. Has a passion for growing and pushes the team to deliver the highest quality produce.

DAVID JONES

David has a passion for growing and joined the team to lead the indoor growing part of the Field. Since his arrival David has expanded his horticultural knowledge to be a vital part of the team.

JORGE REYNOLDS

Jorge had previously worked alongside Pete within the Dental Academy but has transferred to the Field and taken on a new role since the completion of his studies. He is now responsible for the marketing and IT at the field whilst also helping out in the field whenever necessary.

JAN DOBBS

Second proprietor of Field 28. Ensures all clients are happy with the produce they receive whilst also testing the produce and exploring new products.

PETE GLOVER

Pete has worked with Kevin for a number of years and has previously been responsible for maintaining the Dental Academy. Pete has been instrumental in developing the Field infrastructure and keeping the facility up and running on a day to day basis.

MEG & PADDY

Meg and Paddy have provided vital aid to the team providing entertainment and continue to learn what they do and do not like eat.

MATT SMEE

Matt is responsible for the planning what we grow and where we grow it on the Field. Matt has previously ran his own farm in Cheshire and his experience has been invaluable in progressing Growing @ Field 28.

ED DOBBS

Ed has been proving a vital part of the team as he has learnt to sow and harvest whenever called on. He is also learning how to manage the collection day for Veg Boxes.
